The U.S. Census Bureau is the nation's leading source of data about America’s people and economy. We conduct over 130 demographic and economic studies every year to inform decision-makers at every level of government and business. Our data allocates Congressional seats, defines voting districts, reveals economic indicators and guides $675 billion every year for hospitals, schools, jobs, roads, disaster recovery and more. Yet most practices don't respond to critical surveys like the Economic Census, which is required by law. We're working with AAFP to ensure family physicians understand the importance of the upcoming Economic Census and show how vital your practices are to local, state and national economies.
