The non-profit foundation Ardmore Institute of Health is proud to offer the Full Plate Living nutrition resource at no cost to help those who want to live healthier lives.
Full Plate Living helps people add more whole, unprocessed fiber foods to meals they’re already eating. It’s a small-step approach that can lead to big health outcomes.

There are 3 ways to share Full Plate Living:
1. Online Self-Guided Membership—Easily refer your patients to the Full Plate Living Online Program, where they will learn how to eat a high-fiber diet by adding fiber to meals they already eat. Our approach is research-backed, recommended by clinicians, and loved by patients. We provide you with support materials like handouts, table displays, prescription pads, posters, and after-visit summary copy and QR codes you can use in your EMR.
2. Facilitate a Small Group Program—This program is designed to make it easy for a member of your staff to lead a weekly group meeting (in person or virtually) where patients can experience the Full Plate Living program live. We provide all the needed materials, so it's perfect for hosting groups in person or virtually. This program is also available in Spanish.
3. Shared Medical Appointment Program—This program makes it easy to share Full Plate Living with your patients and bill insurance for your time. We have an 8-session, 4-session, and 1-session program available, and we provide all the needed materials! These can be held in person or virtually. This program is also available in Spanish.
