We are a 10-10-10 residency program based in Jackson, Mississippi, offering a unique blend of training experiences in both rural and urban settings. As a resident, you’ll benefit from hands-on learning in an unopposed rural hospital, gaining broad clinical exposure and autonomy. At the same time, you’ll have access to the robust academic resources and diverse patient population at the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC).
Our program provides a wide range of clinical experiences, allowing you to manage a variety of medical conditions and perform numerous procedures in both inpatient and outpatient environments. This dual exposure equips you with the skills and confidence to practice in any setting—rural or urban.
