Welcome to the Cheshire Dartmouth Health FMR! We aim to train family physicians in the skills necessary to address the broad health needs of rural communities with a commitment to DEIB. Our unopposed residency training program in Keene sits in the heart of the Monadnock region of New Hampshire. Anchored in CBME principles, our longitudinal curriculum highlights broad training with a focus on integrated behavioral health, LGBTQ+ health, substance use care and strong community partnerships.
