Clinica Family Health & Wellness exists to assure that members of our community never have to go without health care due to the cost. Located northwest of Denver, CO, our eight medical clinics, two dental clinics and six specialty mental health clinics provide care to more than 60,000 individuals of all ages each year. As a federally-qualified health center, Clinica is part of the national health care safety net for low-income and vulnerable populations. We provide a full range of primary care that includes: prenatal, delivery and post-partum services; well visits for all ages; minor surgical procedures; integrated behavioral health services; preventive care; medication management; chronic disease management; acute care; telehealth care; preventative and restorative dental care; substance use treatment; 24/7 crisis care; health education; case management; and full-service pharmacies. Our team-based care model means that patients can benefit from the expertise of care providers, nurses, dental hygienists, mental health professionals, pharmacists, case managers and more.
