We are a 6-6-6 community-based suburban-urban residency program dedicated to training, cultivating and mentoring resilient Family Physicians able to work in this ever-changing healthcare landscape. Our faculty are committed community-based physicians with a passion for teaching and with expertise in pediatric care, quality improvement, inpatient, POCUS, OB/GYN, acupuncture and much more.
Family medicine has deep roots in our community, and we are very involved in engagement with community through volunteer efforts, health talks, collaborations with local organizations and programming in our Rooftop Garden.
We began an MAT program within our residency program, will be launching the Lifestyle Medicine Residency Curriculum and collaborating to create a free clinic with ACLAMO, our Latino Community partner.
We are in a unique suburb outside of Philadelphia serving a diverse population with all varieties of healthcare needs. We love our community and program and have benefited from all the resources available to us as a Jefferson program.
