The goal of residency is to prepare you for practice as an independent physician. Through interactions and patient encounters at Mosaic Family Health, our clinical home, Ascension – WI and ThedaCare, our co-sponsors, the Medical College of Wisconsin, our academic affiliate, and various community partnerships, graduates of our program are well trained for all health care settings – rural, international, underserved, urban and suburban.
