MSU/MyMichigan Medical Center Alma Family Medicine Residency Program
The intimate size of the program allows our residents to have a very individualized attention by the attendings. The small residency’s size also allows developing friendships and community bonds that residents have formed in and outside of the program.
Our program is completely unopposed and our residents have full access to all relevant sub-specialties, and work closely with hospitalists and ER physicians.
We developed a unique, theme-based didactic curriculum enhanced by longitudinal training in Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS), Procedural Training, Behavioral Medicine, and Structured Research. We offer POCUS track for PGY 2-3 residents
