Oklahoma Health Care Workforce Training Commission
Our mission is to expand access to healthcare across Oklahoma, especially in rural and underserved communities. HWTC offers scholarship and loan repayment programs for physicians, physician assistants, and nurses—in exchange for a service commitment in areas where providers are needed most. By supporting primary care professionals early in their careers and placing them in the communities that need them, we’re not just filling positions—we’re building long-term healthcare capacity across the state.
