The Samaritan Family Medicine Rural Training Program (RTP) is a three-year, ACGME-accredited residency program located on the central Oregon coast. We value compassion, collaboration, and accountability with a mission to train full scope family medicine physicians who will practice in rural communities. This program provides unique learning opportunities in a resource-limited environment. Intern year is spent at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis, Oregon and the second and third years are spent at Pacific Communities Hospital in Newport, Oregon.
