Nor-Lea Hospital District Family Medicine Residency
Nor-Lea Hospital District Family Medicine Residency Program is New Mexico’s newest training ground for physicians who want to practice full-spectrum family medicine with a big purpose in a close-knit rural community. In Lovington and surrounding Lea County, residents experience the breadth of inpatient and outpatient care in an unopposed setting, caring for diverse and often underserved patients while working side by side with exceptional faculty and local specialists. With access to a state-of-the-art hospital, a high-tech simulation center and training sites that extend into neighboring West Texas, our residents gain the skills and confidence to practice anywhere, without losing the small-town connection that drew them to family medicine in the first place.
