University of Chicago Ingalls Memorial Family Medicine Residency
The Family Medicine Residency Program at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial Hospital combines the academic depth of one of the country’s leading research universities with the daily reality of caring for a diverse, underserved community in Chicago’s Southland. Residents’ rotations will take place at Ingalls Memorial as well as at our partner Federally Qualified Health Center, Family Christian Health Center — gaining clinical experience at both a community hospital and a federally funded safety-net practice.
We are a program of faculty committed to the service of others and care deeply for the humanity and well-being of our patients and each other. We dedicate ourselves to health equity and to the care of the most vulnerable of our communities. We aim to train those that share this same passion for holistic compassionate care.
