  • Booth: 817

We teach comprehensive, compassionate, coordinated and continuous high quality patient-centered care. We also provide experience with private physician offices, migrant farmworkers, vulnerable pediatric populations and homebound patients. Our care utilizes evidence-based medicine, with an emphasis on patient safety, health maintenance and disease prevention, to support the health of our greater community.  We foster lifelong learning and scholarly activity in a supportive, family-oriented environment, promoting work-life balance. Our program has a strong dedication to Physician Wellness including programs such as Balint and Support Groups. As an unopposed Residency Program, our Residents have the opportunity to learn many procedures and work with complex patients where the Resident acts as the primary physician. We have a diverse Faculty with multiple levels of training and experience. Our program continues to grow and develop new programs such as Sports Medicine, Community Medicine and Reach Out and Read. We also offer Specialty Clinic experience including Dermatology, Optometry, Podiatry, Procedure, OMM, Urology and GI. Our affiliation with Penn State Health provides the Residents with access to a wide range of University-based resources and experience. We accept either USMLE or COMLEX scores in consideration of applications to the program.
