University of Chicago (NorthShore) Family Medicine Residency

  • Booth: 1608

We train family physician leaders with a focus on caring for the underserved, community advocacy, and research. Our innovative "clinic first" 2x2 curriculum fosters true immersion in the outpatient primary care experience and allows residents to be fully engaged in each training environment. Residents work at the acclaimed Erie Health Center in Evanston, IL, providing high-quality care to an underserved suburban and urban population; and at the Northshore University Health System, one of the top teaching hospitals in the nation. Program highlights include nationally recongized faculty, multiple specialized tracks to explore areas of interest, longitudinal experiences in community medicine and behavioral health, and diverse electives.
