Baylor College of Medicine Family Medicine Residency Program
We are a “Family of Family Medicine”, stimulating wonderment, while simultaneously satisfying a thirst for medical knowledge and expertise. This shared enthusiasm for life-long learning serves us well. Based in the Northwest Clinic, part of the Harris Health System, the program focuses on caring for underserved populations in Houston-Harris County. Clinical experiences are applicable to both urban underserved and rural practices. Residents rotate in Texas Medical Center hospitals. With guidance from dedicated department faculty, and experiencing health care excellence within a NCQA Certified Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home, residents learn firsthand how to incorporate this advanced approach to health care in an underserved setting.
