Allegheny Health Network Saint Vincent Family Medicine
The Family Medicine Residency Program at Saint Vincent Hospital offers residents the option of both an urban and rural practice in which to complete their residencies. Saint Vincent is a 400-bed tertiary hospital with wide-ranging clinical inpatient learning opportunities. The hospital provides international health rotations, Osteopathic recognition, plentiful medical student teaching opportunities and tracks in both Sports Medicine and Wilderness Medicine. Our residency is the only primary care program in our hospital giving the residents major responsibility for most hospital patients. Erie, Pennsylvania is located on the shores of Lake Erie and two hours driving time from Pittsburgh, Cleveland and Buffalo.
