The Duke Family Medicine Residency is dedicated to recruiting and training diverse family physicians who are superb clinicians, leaders, and advocates of health care within the community. We partner with a variety of local health care and community organizations to provide robust clinical training, including procedures and obstetrics, in a variety of ambulatory and hospital settings. Our program uniquely couples excellent clinical training with opportunities for scholarship, leadership, community engagement, and population health education to train the family physicians of the future.
