Northwell Health is home to four Family Medicine residency programs in NY under our medical school's name - Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. Our FM department is where healthcare professionals can learn and excel in patient care, research, scholarly activities and advocacy. We offer all residents from our programs at Glen Cove, Peconic Bay, Phelps and Plainview, departmental rotations including Global Health, Urgent Care, Telemedicine, Quality Leadership & Advocacy and Clinical Informatics (to name a few). This is in addition to local electives offered at each site. As a postgraduate, fellowships in Geriatrics, Urology and Otolaryngology are available. We also have job opportunities within our health system.
