The mission of the Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills Family Medicine Residency program is to graduate well-trained, well-rounded, compassionate physicians who are adept at both the science and art of full spectrum family medicine. We expect that our physicians, upon graduation, will be capable of practicing in almost any healthcare setting and expertly manage most issues. We train our residents to take on leadership roles and be proficient in team-based care.
