Natividad is a UCSF-affiliated family medicine residency located in Salinas, CA, 100 miles south of San Francisco and 20 miles from beautiful Monterey Bay. Our residents prepare for full-spectrum practice through rigorous training that includes high-volume and high-risk obstetrics, strong inpatient experience, and procedural training, including family planning. Natividad cares for vulnerable populations such as immigrant farmworkers; applicants proficient or fluent in Spanish are best equipped to serve patients. We recruit residents from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about caring for underserved communities. Our robust Community Medicine curriculum supports resident outreach and advocacy projects in Monterey County.
