St. Luke's University Health Network - FM Miners
Our program is the first accredited Rural Training Track (RTT) in the state of Pennsylvania. We are integrated with our sister-program, St. Luke’s Family Medicine-Warren, in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. Our RTT Program is unique in that residents spend the majority of their first year at our unopposed site (St. Luke’s Warren) and the majority of their second and third years at our unopposed rural site (St. Luke’s Miners Campus). Both sites have been rated 5-star hospitals by Medicare, the highest rating a hospital can achieve. Finally, our biggest change that has begun involves the planned and projected growth of our program. We have received a HRSA grant that allows us to expand the residency program. Our plan is to increase the number of residents to 4 per year.
