The mission of our program is founded upon the Mayo tradition of excellence and is represented by the three shields of patient care, medical education and research. We provide an educational experience that prepares resident physicians to provide comprehensive family care to the whole person from birth until end of life and that promotes integration of quality initiatives into future practice.
