Spartanburg Family Medicine Residency Program, located in Spartanburg, is the largest community-based program in South Carolina. With a history of over 50 years of experience training and educating Family Medicine physicians. We are an ACGME single accredited with Osteopathic Recognition program that provides a broad scope of training tailored to your interest with a dedicated, diverse and multi-specialty trained faculty. Our board pass rate is 100%, we offer tracks in Obstetrics, Hospitalist training, Rural Medicine, and Hospice/Palliative Medicine. We believe that Spartanburg is the best kept secret of the upstate that offers a small town feel with all the amenities that come in a big town atmosphere where our residents can unwind and be adventurous!
