AnMed Health Family Medicine Residency is a community based 11-11-11 program founded in 1975 in a 550+ bed hospital system. Its goal is to train inquisitive, well-rounded Family Physicians to practice full spectrum care in any environment they choose for their future practice. The breadth of our faculty is designed to benefit our ability to offer excellent education and opportunity to care for diverse populations throughout the entire life span. Our town of 78,000 is on Lake Hartwell and in the Foothills of South Carolina, offering multiple outdoor activities for our residents to integrate life-work balance.
