The Crozer Health FM Residency Program "Best of Both Worlds" residency combines an inpatient experience at a large urban teaching hospital with training emphasizing the outpatient community experience.
Our office became the first Residency Program in the country to be designated as a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH). Our second residency practice, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), serves a diverse international and medically underserved population.
In 2021 our program joined the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and we now offer a full Lifestyle Medicine Residency Curriculum.
