For fifty years, AltaMed has been committed to reducing health disparities among ethnically diverse populations, so we’re looking to build up doctors who understand that health care access is a matter of social justice. Our community health network provides the counties of Los Angeles and Orange with more than 30 Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) for receiving primary care as well as dental, pediatrics, behavioral health, HIV/AIDS care and prevention, and the Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
