Located in Northern IN, we are a long-standing community-based, academic-affiliated residency with 9 residents per class. Based in a state-of-the-art single-program hospital, we offer curricular flexibility with full-scope training in an environment that proves family medicine is fun, even in residency. Robust inpatient services, a modern clinic, high-volume OB, global health, and sports medicine fellowship are a few of our highlights.
