McLeod Family Medicine Residency Program is an established, unopposed FM residency program at a 517-bed tertiary care medical center, serving individuals in 15 surrounding counties in Florence, SC. Our program includes high-volume inpatient and outpatient care, including an open ICU allowing residents to manage critically ill patients, and procedures such as endoscopy and central line placement. Our program also facilitates resident-driven patient care and management of a 100+ bed skilled nursing facility, international medicine electives, high-volume obstetrics; all with excellent benefits, competitive salary, and moonlighting opportunities.
