Northwestern McGaw FMR at Humboldt Park
Northwestern McGaw has three family medicine residency programs, each with its own character. Family Medicine at Erie Health/Humboldt Park is a FQHC practice based out of Swedish Hospital and Erie Family Health Center Humboldt Park Clinic. We also have rotations at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Lurie Children's, and other urban underserved clinics. We continue to be rooted in our identity as one of the original Teaching Health Center residency programs, which further enriches our development of family physicians who are leaders in primary care and advocates for underserved communities. Our program promotes quality education and patient care through clinical excellence, scholarship, and leadership.
