The Floyd Family Medicine Residency Program is the second oldest family medicine program in Georgia. We are an unopposed residency and one of the first programs in Georgia to receive ACGME Osteopathic Recognition.Floyd offers a unique Family Medicine Residency experience focused on community health and wellness. We use innovative modalities, such as POCUS and osteopathic manipulative techniques, in a small group learning environment while pursuing research, patient safety and quality.
