The University of Illinois College of Medicine Rockford Family Medicine Residency Program is a community-based, unopposed Family Medicine program featuring a 8-7-7 model that began in 1972. Having graduated more than 300 family medicine residents since its opening, the University of Illinois College of Medicine Rockford Family Medicine Residency Program offers its residents unique clinical experiences, exceptional opportunities for obstetrical care and innovative educational programming through multidisciplinary techniques.
