We are a 13-13-13 program at a safety-net hospital in the San Francisco Bay area. Our program emphasizes acute and ambulatory care; family and reproductive health; and providing care in a low resource setting. Most of our teaching is done through a 1 on 1 model by Family physicians that also focus on mentorship and leadership. We train family physicians to have broad skills and value bringing high quality care to all who need it, in any setting.
