Urban hospital-based program at large health network in Indianapolis, Indiana. Dedicated, supportive and nationally recognized faculty. State-of-the-art PCMH clinic with NCQA Level 3 recognition, with fully implemented electronic health record. Diverse underserved patient population. Innovative longitudinal curriculum with increased time in family medicine center starting in intern year. Underserved Care Track started at a partner FQHC in 2016; additional tracks in women's health and sports medicine. Group global health elective to Honduras started in February 2017.
